S&G Pay by points save 1/3rd offer

I managed to take a photo of the S&G stand that has the pay by points offer on. I know op have had trouble finding this offer, so maybe seeing the display will help (Especially the SA's that doubt that this offer even exists  )

It's not a brilliant photo, took it on my moby and held up the queue much to the annoyance of everyone else. Also bought a gaggle of S&G, it seemed a shame to waste such a good offer. Will post details later.

Edit....Poo.. forgot to ask when it finishes]

    Snipped...

Thanks for the picture Polls, it proves we're not all going mad, lol. Were the other items on the stand also included in the offer?
    TIA

Yes they were Time delay and FCUK stuff. I never bothered with either, as TD is always getting reduced anyway. Also neither of them had free gifts included. So S&G was far and away the best offer.

hi can i just say THANK U to the orginal poster re using paper clips for ur vouchers i use to get in such a sweat at the tills before.
need some help please, i think i understand the r&m mirror on the 342 but i have 2 pinkies left & want the men's GWP so if i buy
    3 items at £6.50p or more i will get the GWP & be able to use the pinkie??? so 3x £6.50p = £19.50 - 342 = leaves £13.00 to pay less £5.00 pinkie = pay £8.00??

is that the no7 mens bits? it sounds about right to me.
With the s&g bits, if you pay using your advantage card you save 1/3 on selected items, if you buy £15 worth of bits (i don't know if it's £15 after points or before) you can get the miniatures free, I'm doing both today! :) along with the gifts 342! :D
    Hope this helped. x
  • Hi everyone,
Thanks to everyone for posting their bargains on here.
I woke early on Friday morning (clocks going back have messed me up!!) and although it was half term and I didn't have to get up early I couldn't stop lying in bed planning my Boots shop that morning to get my 1000 Xmas points promotion and so I headed of to town at 8.30 am to beat the queues!!!
I was so pleased cause I went into Boots with £15 odd worth of points and came out with £47 odd worth of points... on a £50.64 spend. I gained £32 worth of points and have now got my two eldest DD's who are 18 and 13 looking through the Xmas catalogue to see what I can get them for christmas!!
To get my points I used up 2 vouchers that ran out on Friday, one being a 1500 points on any Braun electric toothbrush over £30 and 250 points repeat prescription, 300 points on No7 Instant Radiance Foundation and of course my normal points and Xmas points promotion. I am in the process of organising a Love in a Box for orphaned children in the Ukraine, Bosnia etc... and I have slected the age group of a girl 12-15 and I know my recent No7 makeup bargains etc... will come in very useful so thanks to you all for giving me some great ideas and tips :T

I was just wondering if anyone knows what Boots policy is for exchanging perfume at all. I brought a perfume just over 6 weeks ago with points at another store because it seemed like it was on clearance and I already have the same perfume which I had been using and liked. 6 weeks down the line and back from a holiday in Majorca where my DH got me a different perfume in duty free I have tried the perfume which is the same as the one I got with my points and I have realised I no longer like it that much!!!! I cant seem to find my original receipt but the perfume is still on sale in my local for exactly the same price I paid for it and my perfume is still sealed in cellophane unopened as it came so would Boots be willing to exchange it all for another perfume or do I have to keep it!! Sorry to go on and I hope someone understands me... I do go on a bit I know but any advice appreciated...
    Many thanks

You lucky thing! I wonder if that means that I would have got the bonus points yesterday without having to c*ck-up my shopping by adding the thing that I wanted to buy with points later. The assistant just said "You've spent £40 -if you spend another ten you'll get 1000 bonus points" Oh well, I guess I'll never know....

This happened to me yesterday, because I used a pinkie my total spend came to around £46 but the SA said I'd need to spend £4 more to get my 1000 pts. Luckily she was a star and said she would hang on to my goods and suspend my sale while I went and got something else. She carried on serving others and when I went back she just retrieved my sale and finished serving me.

    I bought:

    17 skin perfect foundation £5.49
    17 blusher gwp

UG spa rituals elixir set 2 for £6

No 7 bliss body wash £8
Used pinkie and 300 pts mailing from mailing

    Babyliss hair straighteners £19.99
    Philips Sensixflex brushheads £14.99
Used £5 electrical voucher from mailing

    Hair colour £4.79
    Wipes £0.99
    Chocolate £0.60

    Total spend £50.85
    Total pts £21.34 as follows:

    Pts 188
No 7 wash range pts 300
    Double pts 296
    Offer 1000 pts
    £30 spend 350 pts

Just wanted to point out that the S&G 1/3 points offer does not seem to be in all stores, in fact not in many at all :(

May have the chance to go to boots today for the first time in months.

Have no vouchers but lots of points from my online spending throughout the year. From skimming quickly, is the latest offer the mirror one? Do you still get the voucher even if spending points? To get the 3 for 2 with the mirror, the other two items need to be cheaper is that right?

hi, inrespone to the camera's that are on sale in boots, i used my POINTS to get DD the casio one. Its excellent and does the trimming after you've taken your photo, so crappy one's can be made better!!!!

At 89.99 its not bad value either. She has the camera in PINK, looks really girly and she shown her mates at school. They were like WOW your so lucky........ If only they new it was a freeby from shopping in boots

The downside is i have 836 points now lol
