Which is why I won't post on here again. At my age, I don't like being shouted at. What puzzles me though is the logic behind this statement:

If Sarah Skint berates me for asking for a swap, how can she justify buying the items herself, in the first place, if she states they were "not paid by legal means"?

Thanks for all the help Bootsers have given me.

    Hi Sandra

Please don't stop posting on this thread - it is normally very friendly!

I have read some of your posts recently and I am impressed at what you have picked up so quickly - well done!

If the pinky/TS/coupons are accepted by the till it is a legal transaction.

Ladies, please can we voice any opinions on this on the other thread http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1163099&page=43
I really hate interfering, but it causes issues when there are disagreements on the 'grab it' thread :)

She was shouting in her 1st post - that's why it was in capital letters - extremely rude! And to talk about keeping your zip shut is also very rude.

I thought she meant the zip on purses, for some reason I am in fairy land today.

I dont think she meant any harm by her post.

Now I have 2 750 points wyb Clinique etc 1 to be skincare anyone want them? Swaps appreciated where possible.

But would the till accept this voucher against another item which is not R&M or No7... .'. if the item exchanged for something else of another brand is that legit:confused:

I was referring to the original purchase - not the exchange. The items are paid for by legal means!

Anyway this does not affect me as I am not actually exchanging anything.

I only got involved because I did not like the tone of Sarah's posts to Sandra. Sometimes people on here think they can be rude to others as it is a forum and not face to face!

This is NOT aimed at anyone in particular, but please I beg of you all once more...if you want to discuss this further please move over to the other thread http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1163099&page=43

I'm not asking again, just to be a bossy boots, but because when CPG gets back late Sun pm she will no doubt have to deal with reports being made to MSE Andrea etc ... but nobody will care what opinions are voiced on the other thread etc

Poor CPG has enough to do reading all the posts when she gets back(holds hands up for keep going off topic constantly myself!) without dealing with more when she just updates this thread for no other reason than that she is nice :)

EDIT: Oh bless you who have moved your posts over and deleted them here, really was not asking for all that trouble in moving things etc, just was trying to stop it spiralling further on this thread :)

I have the Casio Exilim and it's a brilliant little camera - in fact I use it much more often than my DSLR Canon, which cost £559! The photo's I get are very impressive and I would recommend it to anyone. It was recommended to me by a professional photographer.

Oooh, you've got my hopes up now..."my" clearance also has a couple of RoC sets on, I think they were £9.50 - I decided that was still too expensive , but if they were to go down to £3 I'd be thrilled to bits, Fingers and everything else crossed...

Go for it Clare - we can wrestle in mud for the outcome :rotfl: Btw, I'm sure they're probably the same - vouchers and SA's willing ;)
