my local has more than one SA like this. I avoid them at all costs;)

not been bootsing for a couple of days. I've not even tried the 3 4 2 xmas gifts glitch yet with pinkie and tillspit:eek: Was going to give it a go today, but not in the mood. I've had an awful migrane all day and nothing will shift it. Off to bed in a minute to try and sleep it off.

The bit in pink...HUH??? What did I miss?

Got a bundle of pinkies and till spits in my wallet...and it's pay day on Friday :D Keep writing and re-writing my shopping list...but definitely interested in a potential glitch with pinky + till spit :rotfl:

P.S. Add me to the Mimi Fan Club...Love reading your posts Mimi my dear, they always make me smile :) Must nudge Mr BTVB to get back on here sometime - he's still a bit shy :D

    Hello All
I hate to do this but Im quiet dissapointed at someones behaviour.....I recently contacted a fellow bootster with a veiw to do a swap for 2 pinkies as I had some vouchers that I knew she would like.
Long and short I sent my vouchers out on the 15/10/08 and dispite my sending 2 PM's this person has not bothered to respond to me and I havent rec'd the vouchers that they agreed to swap.
Now to be fair I've sent 2 PM's asking if my vouchers had been rec'd but nothing and I asked when they had sent the vouchers out...still nothing.....
Aaawww...maybe they have gone missing  I got a pm earlier saying someone had not recived vouchers and I sent them AGES ago. Maybe they have just not been online? I went off for over a week?

Ok...maybe they were taking advantage, but it could just be that luck is not on your side

I have clearly skim read the thread much too quickly. Can anyone share this info please, might be worth my while & DD has girlfriends to buy for too.
    Thanks chickadees

I was referring to the glitch with R&M mirror 6.00 + 2 other gift sets on 3 4 2 and using pinkie and tillspit. Everyone seems to have done this except for me...and you obviously:D

You can get 3 x xmas gifts @£6 or less one of which must be R&M mirror ensuring that mirror goes through the till first then use till spit and pinky and pay £2 for all 3 gifts ( you can of course get 3 mirrors if you wish)

You can also do the same with the R&M kabuki brush @ £8 and 2 other items at £8 or less making sure you put the brush through first and the brush is not the cheapest item, use till spit and pinky make £6 to pay for all 3
This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.

Re: 342 xmas gift pinkie till spit gift
Buy the R+M compact mirror £6 (xmas gift stickered) get two other gift stickered items one of which MUST be £6 or less
Scan or give the SA the mirror FIRST (or the till will take it off as free item on 342)
then 1 gift item any price
    then cheapest/ other £6 item
Then use the pinkie and ts to get £10 off
or get 3 mirrors and pay £2.
Really important that the mirror is not the cheapest item or it will not work. good to buy a couple of disguising items too!
This works best on SS tills, on manned tills it will be SA dependant.
Have I explained this properly?

Just seen amelias~mummy explaination - much better, thanks!

    Obviously Sally, thanks for replying.
However do the other 2 items need to anything specific or a certain price although 1 at least need to be less than the mirror.
I don't much like it & think I may have 1 already in the xmas box ( I know I don't like it but it was a bargain ) I nabbed back in the sale so will pass this one.

I sent some vouchers to some one and thought ' not even a thank you' then found out it had taken 9 days to get there (first class!)
  • Had the best boots shop ever today:)
A big thank you amelias~mummy for your post regarding the mini mode combo.
I managed to get 2 lovely pairs of PJ's and the r&m brush and saved a small fortune lol. The mini mode email voucher didn't scan, but a nice sa keyed it in for me:)
My 2nd shop, i got another r&m brush, totes slipper socks and a dr who toy, used pinkie and ts so got all 3 for £6.00:)
  • Thanks to dark_666_angel for very kindly sending me a couple of vouchers.

Who was it that wanted the 17 eye dazzle ACM voucher - got one going spare, just PM me.

Works with the RM kabuku brush (£8) as well, again make sure one item is less than £8 and scan the brush first.
