I rang .com to advise n the nice lad gave me 16 smoothies to be delivered soon so i have the right amount. Therefore i got 12 packs of 6 free - very nice i paid £77 got £25 in points and 75 x 6 smoothies - result saved nearly £400SIMPLES!0 -
MIMI your posts are sooooooo flamboyant!!!! and in the best possible taste?!?!?!
I think we should have a boots xmas day trip out with you, you could 'advise us' on all the best deals around, and help us all be gorgous !!!!
Bring on 'here come the girls & mimi' lol do you think the sugar babes will redo there single for us?? lol
Aww, shucks, someone's actually noticed me! Thanks SALDUCK, BROCLO and NUTTYP. You're all adorable ladies! I'm totally the opposite in real life, I'm so quiet and shy. People at school used to think I was mute cos I never talked! I just go mental online. Shame none of you live locally. I am an MS addict too, and cos I'm good I'm constantly getting the companies I work for badgering me to do restaurant/pub meals all the time. All my mates are now fat thanks to free food from me. Would be nice to take some of my BOOTS honey's for free meals so we can discuss strategies on how to BOOTS and get loads of bargains. I've given MELGIRL an open invitation, if she is ever round this way, I am taking her for one of my MS lunches. She is such a darling, can you believe she sent me 2 x FRAGRANCE vouchers free of charge! These days it's hard enough getting a smile off anyone for free. I'm so glad I happened upon the BOOTS thread. Some lovely lovely ladies on here including PATWINNING, ORANGELILLY08 and PASH/PATCH (even though she is a troll most of the time with me!) and I am sure all the others are adorable too. Anyway, we should plan a BOOTS jaunt at some point in the near future, maybe next year! *** I was thinking you lot should have been in the Sugababes video, after all you are the girls and here you come! Bet you would love the scaffolding pole dancing that they are doing in the video! *** Oh and just thought I would say, the blue tubes of NIVEA DNA AGE (I'm sure it's called something like that) were on clearance at BIRSTALL for £3.00. The same ones were on clearance at both WHITE ROSE/DEWSBURY for £8.00. If you want a bargain, bob into BIRSTALL. The clearance is right at the back. Not too many left. *** Doing the DEWSBURY store tomorrow, will let you know of any bargain then. Ta muchly.0 -

I'm concluding that half the country is running around with ultra clean teeth, having bought an electric toothbrush dirt cheap, and other people are swanning in and out of Boots, using vouchers, and points, and what have you and getting the most amazing free gifts.
Well, I'm off to the new Westfield Shopping Centre on Friday, which is bound to have a Boots and I wanna know "What is a Pinkie"? Are you born with one, do you acquire it in middle age, or is this something Only For The Very Young? I'm going with a friend, who doesn't have a computer, and I want to say "Must use my Pinkie now", in a casual, but knowledgeable manner. That'll impress her!

A Pinky is a Pink voucher given when you spend £5 instore. A till spit is the same voucher which comes out on till roll in some stores. With a willing SA these two vouchers can be used together making £10 off instead of £5.
BTW the vouchers is to use on No7 or Ruby&Millie.0 -
I popped into boots today to use pinkie, and got a bar of Cadbury choc as well. SEL said 54p, scanned at 60p. I know its just 6p but on principle I took it back to the till - who refunded the 6p and apologised. Its not like Boots don't make enough money out of us without misleading pricing...

You should get a hot water bottle out, wrap yourself in a blankie with said hot water bottle, and get OH to make you hot chocolate, with wipped cream on top, mini marshmallows, and chocolate sprinklesThat always puts a smile on my face
:rotfl: Seriously -are you havin' a laugh :rotfl:
My dh will spend all night on his ps3 thankful for the peace and quiet from me waffling about potential boots bargains
I'll be lucky to get a glass of water out of him - when I was last ill in bed I asked him to make me some toast and 3 hours later I decided to go downstairs and enquire about its whereabouts. I asked nicely and he snaps back - "what? you wanted it straight away?" and makes out I'm totally cheeky for thinking my husband might not want me to starve when I'm poorly  . men? who'd 'ave 'em.
To keep this vaguely boots relatedit's a shame you can't get down till saturday as I just want someone to get some use out of them rather than bin them.

I have decided I won't use my 1500points on OralB voucher, nor the £3 off brush heads and £5 off electrical glossy voucher.
Can send on the way to work tomorrow if anyone wants them, just pm your address.
Edit: Now gone to Nuninge0 -
Totally off topic, so apologies in advance. Whilst you are at it, I would suggest you beauties join up with VALUED OPINIONS www.valuedopinions.co.uk, MUMS OPINIONS (google it, not sure of the weblink) and IPSOS (google it, not sure of the weblink). I have mentioned this before, but whilst being online you might as well do a survey here and there and make a £1.00 or £2.00 for your time. Im with both, get quite a lot of surveys a day, more than I can do actually. When you get £10 worth on VALUED OPINIONS, you get to order a voucher, they do BOOTS! When you get so many points on IPSOS, you get to order a £5 or £10 BOOTS voucher! It takes a month to get £10 worth, but it's all good, and you get to go to BOOTS! I think I have like £60 worth of vouchers accrued in total. Will have to order them soon. Plus both often send out new products to test out. Have had kids dvds/posh men's razors and various other bits and pieces from them. I don't get any referral bonus so don't be moaning. All my friends and family have joined up and they make quite a bit every year. At the end of the day, it's just a bonus and whilst you come on here to catch up on the gossip, you might as well make some moolah so you can BOOTS more. Hope this helps someone. *** Right I'm bored, I'm off to vacuum! Have a good evening all.0

Awwww, flower *huggles* I'd look after you if I was local....I'm a student nurse now :rotfl: Plus I know what its like to feel miserable when you are poorly, I am absolutely terrible - a proper baby when I'm ill
If your olay 3 set is still looking for a home, could I have them? I will pop to boots in my lunch hour from uniI may be late back for my lecture, but those vouchers can't go in the bin!!

Thank you sooooo much. Well I've got loads of these but didn't buy anything cos all the No 7 stuff was well over £5. Or is it? Can I use 2 at the same time?
Thanks so much.

I saw people having interviews for jobs at Boots. I am looking for a job (I would do any job - I am office admin at the moment but it's only part-time so little money. I am desperately looking for a few months ... and nothing ... I'm becoming very deppreses). How do you get a job in Boots? (I asked in a few supermarkets and they all said "they had no jobs... well... you can leave a Cv... but if you have no experience in sales...hmmm.."0
