got my claim form yesterday.
second emails not being sent to people earmarked for the paper route. just first email and then the claim form.
Would you please be kind enough to post a (blank) copy of the form? If you haven't posted it back yet. This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !0 -

It seems that all the forms are individually bar-coded so unfortunately you wouldn't be able to use it speed up the process.“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
have sent it off in any case. it's pretty straightorward btw. in spite of being 4 pages.0

So they haven't broken a promise then?0

I received a paper claim form a couple of days ago, apparently because I did not have a linked account (as it was a fixed rate savings account). I called the number on the latter and was told that officially the time from submitting your paper claim is 6 weeks, but they expect it to be much faster.
It would have been helpful if they could have isolated the people without linked accounts, and sent out the letters much earlier, rather than simply sending emails vaguely talking about paper claims without giving details.
But hopefully it won't take too long for the cheque to come now.0 -
also, on 22 november (4 days before receiving the form) i received an email, (either in response to one from me or it was in the pipeline anyway), including this:
We will contact those who do not log on to complete a payment through the electronic process and arrange for an Application Form to be sent to them. If you have not heard from us by 4 December, you should call our customer helpline on 0845 7300 131 (Icesave enquiries only).0
