At my last party I accidentally ordered a pineapple snuffer instead of the antique brass snuffer - because I forgot the guest/hostess had changed her mind about it. Fortunately its my sister so not too embarrassing lol. Anyway how much hassle/cost will it be to send it back and get the replacement? I might be able to persuade my sister to keep the pineapple one as I think she prefers it and she has already paid for it.Lightbulb moment: 14 May 2008Debt free date: April 2014DMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 188Nightowl Member No 160

That's good going!
I'm going to get out and put some posters up in shops this week. Anyone got any other ideas? It's no good asking friends etc as I've tried that already and only got one party out of it.0 -
No hassle at all - fill in a Returns form fax or post this to head-office and they will deliver direct to your sister. Hand the old one to your leader with a copy of the form!At my last party I accidentally ordered a pineapple snuffer instead of the antique brass snuffer - because I forgot the guest/hostess had changed her mind about it. I can't find any fairs!
Does anyone get anything through boot sales? Surely it's the wrong sort of market?0 -
It depends what kind of car boot sales - I do one most sunday's which is in a large farm and I have met some great contacts as they get to know me - don't sell a huge deal but I take some mixed tealights in bags of 2 or 3 and sell for few pounds and then get talking to people and can tell them how to get the products FREE - especially the Hurricane most people love this and draws them to the table! I have the special offers laminated and put this on the table!I can't find any fairs!

So it will cost me £3 for postage but how will they work out the refund of the difference to my sister as the item she wants is less expensive.Lightbulb moment: 14 May 2008Debt free date: April 2014DMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 188Nightowl Member No 160
