I try and take sandwiches every day which costs around £1 however if I run out of time I can spend up to £4

I make my own lunch every day, so approximately 60p (taking into account a loaf of bread at £1.20 which makes about 6 sandwiches and a pack of cooked meat of about £1.50 making about 5 sandwiches)

I spend approximately £4.00 a day on lunch & drinks whilst at work. This includes food I either buy or take into work. Oh dear thats about £20 a week!!
