I'm lucky to have a kitchen to use at work, so I make beans on toast, jacket potato etc. So I recon must cost around a pound.
  • I would like to say that I always make my own lunch or use leftovers, which would mean that it would cost me max 50p per day. However, by the end of the week, I'm less likely to do so, probably ending up having soup & oatcake (if I'm feeling virtuous) for about £1, or a meal from my work's canteen for about £3. Same goes for coffee - usually I make my own, but a couple of times a week, I'll treat myself to a bought one for anything from 90p in the office to £2.95 (or whatever) from AMT/Caffe Nero (or S'bucks, last resort).
  • I have just worked on a survey up in Durham about the campaign LfHW.
    I spend about £1 - £1.50 on lunch everyday.
  • I never ever spend more than £1 on lunch, it's either leftovers from the night before or pack up for me. It's saves me pounds.........in my purse and off my hips!
  • Anything between 1 to 10 pounds, I guess... depending on whether I can use leftovers or have to eat out...
  • I spend between £0 and £5.00 on lunch depending on how organised I've been the night before! Usually it works out at about £1.50 per day on average.
  • About £1 - something homemade at work and weekends, about £8 if I am out.
