Usually less than 50p! I buy Asda Smart Price ham approx £1.40 for 400g and white rolls 24p for 12! Also SP coleslaw for 20p. If I have crisps it is a bit more expensive but still well under £1 a day.
There are lots of SP bargains for lunches: 6 yoghurts for 44p, and my favourite is the Malt Loaf which is marginally smaller than Soreen but at only 18p you can buy 3 for less than 1 brand name!0 -

Home made bread - 8p.. cheese... 20p, carrot and onion 6p if that. Butter and mayo ..? 5p. Fruit juice 30p and a bag of crisps 15p
