I take three pieces of fruit to work for lunch each day. Costing approximately 60p to £1 maximum depending what fruit is in season/available. Occasionally treat myself to some more expensive exotic fruit but this still only amounts to about £4 to £5 per week and helps towards my 5 a day!0

I spend about 95p on lunch each day! I'd love some new containers for packing it in though, or even to give to one of my adult children to encourage them to spend less! Thanks0

Most days in the summer I take one of those slim shakes, with powdered milk and make up at work (becuase I dont have a cooler luch box or flask (sob). Buy the tins when on offer.
Cost about 30p + an apple free - 15p. So max most of the time is 45p.
Some winter days I take homemade veg soup - homegrown, so about 5p for the butter to fry the onion in! But it has to be a day I know I will have time to use the microwave at work!
Occasionally I take salad - max cost 60p
So my lunches cost between 5p & 60p0
