I buy cooked chicken breast in pack that can last 3 day @ £150, plus the bread?? CHEAAAAP. Tend to drink water if I can or juice and keep hunger at bay with cereal like. but bagg are mmy dead I try to recycle but a range of clip boxes - umm. In the winter cuppa soap and two cslices of bread - that's good for me and the diet !!!0

I Am really lucky as I get lunch supplied at work, but the OH and the kid take lunch. I've saved money by making my own bread, making my own cakes and shopping in the reduced sections. It's worked and I suppose between them I spend £10 and that includes fruit!!0

I find that mine can vary - from just a few pence to topup things that I already have, to nearly £5 if I eat out.
I really should start planning ahead for the whole week - which should result in very little spent!0 -

Like many people I suppose my answer is as little as possble! I'd rather go without or pack something at home, sign of the times and better for the waist line......Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can
