    usually make sandwiches whilst making up the childrens lunch boxes and leave in the fridge until lunchtime so approx £1-£1.50.

    Liking the sound of the flask...

    I think I spend about £1 if I make my own lunch. £3 if I eat in the canteen.

    It depends, if I am not near home, I can spend £3 to £6 a day on lunch out.

    This is my first reply... hope I get a lunch box. Usually use cling film or kitchen foil. Be a real moneysaver and envirosaver if I stop throwing them away each day!!

    I spend about 50p a day on lunch, less if I don't have a chocolate bar...

    Between 0p (if having leftovers) and £1.00, although I did splash out yesterday and buy some sushi (reduced) for 1.35...
