Wow, just received post and got forms for my complaint through from The Financial Ombudsman Service, wish ING moved this fast! (Still might hold on to them until Friday..........this is your last chance ING if you are reading this.);)

Been off radar for a couple of days - 1st time posting on new thread. I received one of my CHAPS payments yesterday :T, but the other one (for a higher amount, which was made a few hours earlier 7/10, actioned 8/10) still hasn't arrived in my linked account! There seems to be no logic. :think:

Still no joy for me! I wonder is there any point in phoning KE or ING again; probably more info available on this forum?

I saw another poster had received their money into Nationwide this morning. So I hope nomorekids just hasn’t checked her account and has a nice surprise, as I do with you and all other people still waiting.

Just to say as a valiant job is being done collaiting who still hasn't been paid. I'm not going to start a new thread today and new poll.

We are keeping an eye on this now and will do so, but in truth with ING now giving a fixed date, not much can be done until we know the result of that.

We are looking at it though.

If any major or worrying things happen changes urgently and we miss it please PM MSE Dan (though only for major changes, we're looking back here regularly)

Hi I have been following these threads for a week or so ...
I have an account number etc from KE from 7Oct when I asked for CHAPS, which left on 8th understandably. Why cant KE/ING/Administrator tell me whats wrong.

are they saying no more payments will be made before Friday ?
Can they quantify small number ?

Didn't we hear this last week? If all's been agreed with the administrators then why not CHAPS these payments TODAY!

How about a transfer today rather than flipping Thursday and more importantly an explanation WHY ING have muffed this up so badly????
