Now 9:37 am and still no signs of the funds "lost" via CHAPS. Telephoned yesterday and operator simply read word for word what was on the website - said this was not good enough, held on line for 5 mins before then told the same thing again. Asked why my payment was causing problems - told they didn't know!!!

Slept better last night, as I was dreaming about all you lucky ones....
Checked account - didn't expect a change - and wasn't disappointed!!
Early though, so perhaps by late afternoon I may have better news?

On looking back at the lists compiled of people not received their money, I note that I am 13th on the list, I am hoping this is not an omen..:eek:

I am still chuckling to myself about the Youtube link I posted. I am glad that ING and KE haven't broken my sense of humour!

I made the mistake of reading the forum without logging on and saw some posts from the revolting Troll. Ignore it, don’t be tempted to answer it, then it will die. My apologies to all newbies,. Please do not take any notice of the revolting Troll. You're all very welcome. I was a newbie, just a few weeks ago.

We’ve made a major leap forward since last Friday, when we didn’t even know if they knew about our problem . They have acknowledged our problem and lots of people are lobbying them now. They really have to sort it pronto. Hang on in there.
Martin stated that he is not resting until every last person has their money back. We’re all rooting for you.
