Done a Chaps on 08Oct to Citibank.. Nothing in my a/c so far.. checked 2mins back..

Also on 11Oct, I called KE customer services and asked then to close my FTDs. No luck so far.. they still appear as FTDs.
Even if the FTD convers to a savings a/c my ordeal continues as I need to get it out of KE. Oh well.. Patience.. I've been telling myself this for the past week..

Hi - mine's in too....£25K CHAPS transfer, initiated on the 7th. Hurrah and phew! I am going to call the FSA 'informed' contact to let him know the outcome and thank him for his help....I may tap into him again..'cos I am now off to the ICESAVE forum (wherever that might be).

Big thank you to all you guys - for level headed advice, group assurance, and to Martin for hosting this Forum. Without it, many of us would have been in the dark, uninformed, and unable to mobilise our joint efforts to get our story heard.

I will stay on the Forum to ensure EVERYONE gets reunited with their monies, and will give whatever help/insight/ideas I can.
