Mine was broken today.

I'm not gonna take money out of KE (if I decide to do so) until all the transaction problems are over though, sometime next week maybe.

Can people who have had their fixed rate bonds broken please update this post - Mine still has not and I asked for this to be done on the 7th :mad:

I asked for mine to be done on 7th as well and still nothing , i need the cash to pay of a my credit card balance before my next statement is due otherwise illl get charged intrest that i shouldnt need to pay it seems im going to hve to now pay over £100 intrest because of them taking so long:mad:

This is getting ridiculous - The money is still in my fixed term

Did we get clarification as to whether the deadline for this Friday applies to fixed rate terms?

the lady said it can take up to 2-3 weeks ...

Mine was requested same day as you and broken yesterday. However the way they have processed mine is to make it look as though it never existed which means my interest on the easy access account is no longer accurate.
I'll wait for the dust to settle before dealing with that.
