It fits perfectly and still will once I shift a few more pre-wedding lbs off! And it's beautifully made - the corset is lightly boned, the modesty panel attaches with poppers, there's a stretchy strap across the back to help close the bodice, the seams are all even and the beadwork is stunning! I don't care that the beads are plastic and not crystals - they sparkle like billy-o!
I couldn't be more thrilled if it had been bought from a UK retailer costing ten times what I paid for it!
I admit I was a bit sceptical about Landy but having seen what their work is like, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Hello ladies,
i got my dress on tuesday and i'm really happy with it, although it has some faults: the ebroidered line under the brest is not even, and there is different numder of eyelets on lacing (one side has 12 and the other 13). the skirt is wider and the train is bigger than i asked for. the other thing is that the dress came big in size, i mentioned 25.5 in waist on ordering, now i'm 26.5 and the dress is still a bit big.
But overall I like the dress, the embroidery is really nice, some clear details on it are shining whether on day or room light, the length is perfect with the underskirt, and finally it is good in breast with one bra=) as all the other dresses i've tried on needed two bras)).
here you will find the pictures of original dress and mine:

if you have time and money, but don't want to buy an expensive dress you can try to risk and order one from the internet . although personally i don't have a lot of money and time, the wedding is on 7th August, i ordered the dress on 2nd June and i had it on 6th July. I've studied hundreds of forums in a couple of months, have seen pics of real dresses from Landy and made my decision. SO NOW IT IS YOUR TURN TO MAKE A DECISION0 -
I'm glad you are happy with your dress from Landy, as previously posted in this thread I was most certainly not so pleased with mine and would never buy from them again, or recommend that anyone else did so..
Wishing you well for your big dayOfficial DFW Nerd No 096 - Proud to have dealt with my debt!0 -

And you are happy with that???? As a dressmaker, I'd be appauled if a client settled with something that I had delivered sub-standard!Anoushka85 wrote: »But overall I like the dress, the embroidery is really nice, some clear details on it are shining whether on day or room light, the length is perfect with the underskirt, and finally it is good in breast with one bra=) as all the other dresses i've tried on needed two bras)).
