Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Photogenic I've been Money Tipped!
I've cleared a hotspot - my desk :o Everything just got dumped, so since it was on the list (and I'm trying to put off studying until DD has gone to bed as she keeps distracting me) I've done it. I've shifted my in/pending "tray" (well actually its a magazine holder box thing) to where my DB123 one usually is, and put the course one where the in/pending one normally lives and the result is more space, and I found my new Railcard that arrived on Monday

Time for tea (beef stew from the slowcooker) and then DD can go off to bed to read until 8pm and I'll get on with my studies...at least thats the theory :o

No.... wasn't really anything I could say. Have replied to the others though - the tone is definitely different to previously (its apparent enough that these mails aren't being filed in the public archive where they belong... i don't want my team reading them as they'll pick up on it straight away!)

:hello:Welcome home soappie! The cottage sounds idyllic. Well worth reading back a day or two for the valli and Tom ongoing saga!

boddy - glad to hear you're feeling better, and hope the night shift is uneventful.

No more flying done this afternoon, except for drying washing. I've done the shopping though, and also popped into town for the usual Friday money shuffle ( I move most of it into the building society otherwise it just evaporates!) and bought myself a jumper as well, a vee neck in a rather nice shade of green. I had intended to get one of those little cardigans, and although I have seen loads around a few weeks ago, not one to be found anywhere today.

DD still curled up on he sofa looking pale and interesting.

I'm off to Coventry early tomorrow - could do without that, as quite fancy a lazy day chilling.

Dinner ready - sausage goulash, and baked potatoes cooked by DS1.
It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be
