I’m still interested in seeing what the results of this trial will be. It caused our family a lot of distress last year. Thankfully the Halifax refunded our money.

"Bournemouth magistrates committed the case for trial on Monday. They will appear on 30th November at the town's crown court for a hearing to establish a trial date."




I hadn't seen the actual date in other reports.

2 years and still not sorted. They will have spent all the money (£1.5million?) by now. It has probably cost the tax payer another £500k to get it this far and will cost another £1million to get it through the court.
