Envious here as well.
Although, this was said earlier.On a workstation at an Internet Service Provider almost directly connected to the core network - capacity pretty much unlimited.

Would this kind of data be any use, for people using Firefox and willing to install it?

It shows how long it took to start getting data back from the remote web server, total time to draw the page from click to finish, amount of bytes transferred and number of requests needed to fulfil the load.
As an example clicking the reply button for this took 1.448s to start getting data back, 2.538s to complete, it was 95KB in size and took 3 requests.0 -

No Virgin Media 10meg and it runs close to that on speedtest aswell.It's only this site i have problems with aswell:)
