LOL - sorry. Thats only at work - at home it's a lot (lot!) slower. There are some advantages to working where I do and super fast Internet access is one of them.

Would this kind of data be any use, for people using Firefox and willing to install it?

It shows how long it took to start getting data back from the remote web server, total time to draw the page from click to finish, amount of bytes transferred and number of requests needed to fulfil the load.

As an example clicking the reply button for this took 1.448s to start getting data back, 2.538s to complete, it was 95KB in size and took 3 requests.

Ahhhh - that the one I've had before! Especially nice as it shows you the individual elements rather then just a summary.

No Virgin Media 10meg and it runs close to that on speedtest aswell.It's only this site i have problems with aswell:)
It is running a bit better i think though.

No futher improvement for me, everything to do with gettig access to the forums is still slooooooooooooooooow...
