Been going on since Aug! They messed me about and finally confirmed receiving the forms in sept. I have rang every week and get fobbed off, can't give me any dates blah blah its a joke. I will never bank with Halifax again after this awful service. You would think i would have heard something but nothing and there are plenty people on here who applied after me and have got their offers.

Hey there. I don't know which number you have been calling. But when I first tried, I think I used the number on the statement and the lady that answered was most unhelpful. Even told me I had to write in for my list of charges.
Anyway, then reading through posts on here I found this number for customer relations 0845 1241 362
and they were infinitely more helpful and so friendly.
Perhaps worth a try?

Just to add. That was for a credit card - are you doing it for bank charges? It may not be applicable in that case.

Doing it for bank charges, but as its hardship, I should be getting my case looked at now. Although they are probably using my form to fan themselves as i have heard nothing grrr. Thanks anyway and i am glad some people are getting money back. Hopefully my turn will come....
