I'm signing off for now. Got my op tomorrow although not sure if they will do it as I have a slight sore throat still and today woke up and my voice is going - just typical!!
Good luck everyone with your debt busting. Will check back sometime next week if I feel up to it as I'm sure there will be lots to catch up on.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -

Hello all,
Just checking in to say Woohooooo! Finally did my first dooyou review and it was a mind-boggling 675 words. Verbal diarrhoea! :j But I love travelling and writing so just couldn't stop once I got started on one of my fave destinations. Hopefully people wil find it useful. This is quite momentous for me as I'm scared of all things technical including putting a review online...:o Don't even get me started on ebay!
TooMuch - best of luck with the op.
Clearmydebts - hope you enjoyed your night out. I've given up alcohol for a while and, despite feeling incredibly smug when I wake up without a hangover, it doesnt seem to have saved me any money yet - do you notice a difference?
CAFC girl - thanks for bringing me out of lurkerdom! How are you enjoying the new furniture? I love that new wood Ikea-smell mmmmh!:D
Have a great Friday :j

Yay Snow White well done on your first review!!! It sounds like a good one. Where did you write about? I love travelling myself and always like to read the reviews about destinations. Will check it out.
I certainly didn't save any money last night and felt wrecked this morning, in fact I felt hungover but I am hoping the energy starts radiating from me over the weekend!!!
CAFCGirl,

Well the only progress this week has been on my ipoints score... 3 bingo sign ups later I'm half way to my new dyson plus surveys and clicking on e-mails.... and won some money so not bad going... Need to check whether any of the other sites have validated any more of my cash back. My £55 from last week still hasn't arrived - and even when it does I need a new tyre! I had a flat this week and possibly drove on it w/o realising so not sure how much that cost... So I'm in the same boat as everyone else and unlikely to add much if anything more until towards the end of the month unless I get some real cash challenge money....
TMD good luck on the operation
snow white nice to have another poster -

My furniture is still 66% created LOL
We managed one bedside unit and the main 8 drawer unit before i lost the will to live and my knees started to give out....
Nearly sliced my finger open more times than I care to count trying to put screws in!
But they are looking rather stunning and I'll be much happier when our bedroom looks like a student haven and more like the calm adult oasis that I have visions of...... thats until DH gets in there!
Nowt much else to report from me, Im taking a few evenings off from Dooyoo so I dont get accused of churning.... Glad to hear you made a start SnowWhite, its pretty addictive when you get into the spin of it!
TMD - Best of luck for tomorrow hun, we'll all be thinking of you xx

Hey CAFCGirl,
No wasn't drinking last night but I was so tired I felt like I had a hangover today. I was very proud of myself for abstaining. Determined to stay off it til my girlie night on the 29th Nov.
What's everyone up to this weekend? I am doing all the housework tonight and then watching The X Factor tomorrow night. The last month has been really busy at weekends so I am delighted just to relax!
Hope everyone is good.:rolleyes:Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947
