Yeah, it will be nice to get away. The New Year thing has been organised for ages because my brother and his wife are back from Oz so it will be great to spend time with them. And the Barcelona thing, well it is my favourite city ever and because my birthday is so near Xmas it tends to be forgotten about so my OH paid for flights when he got paid during the summer and he is paying for the hotel as well. Where are you thinking of going JenJade? I love hearing plans of where other people are off to?
I can't complain I have had a good year. Was in Oz and US earlier in the year and I don't think I will be going anywhere much next year after Barcelona. I want to concentrate on getting my debts down as much as I can. Then I want to go to Cuba!
What about everyone else. Where would everyone like to go or what would you like to do when the debts are paid off?Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

oh i dunno where i would go i went to tunisa a few years ago and love haggling and the sun and food so i was thinking maybe there. i just want somewhere not to far to fly that like kids and are chilled out people with some sun and not to expensive. i hate sitting still so the flight would have to be under 4 hours and by then my daughter will be 8 years any suggestions of where would be good for us?:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heart

Another 77.03 cleared for me.... if i had calculated it properly i would have paid an extra 90p and i would have cleared £1k since the challenge has begun! Not sure I can be bothered going through that all again to pay off 90p!!!
Back to work for me tomorrow and have £12 to reclaim...and hopefully the xmas shoppers will be out in force to help me make my xmas bonus.... HA!Wealth is not measured by currency0 -

god me too!
Although in a week I may have an opportunity to make some cash selling some items that I've got. Theres a retail opportunity come up at a local event (shopping evening) and a friend of mine is hosting a stall, and she does lots of handknitted/handmade items and Ive got some brand new bits that she is going to put on for me...and see if they sell and if they do, thats some profit for me!
Woohoo.....if not, I can put them on ebay...Wealth is not measured by currency0
