No payments either here and not likely to make anymore until the end of the month now! Am doing okay on AQA though and have made £100 so far towards the rest of my Xmas presents and socialising. Still off the booze!

    Morning All!

    How we all feeling today?

Its overcast and getting ready to drizzle for the entire day!
Ive just been tidying up this morning and getting all my paper work organised.
Furniture was not completed last night but DH says he will do it tonight. Hes out today so got the day to myself.
Thinking I'll do one or two reviews today, so as not the "churn", and then im going to go through our debt account and see how much I need to leave in there for next months reg payments which come out before DH's transfer clears, and then hopefully will find £100 or so spare to throw at it!

Another quick question - Does anyone else get paid early for Christmas? I hate it, I think we get paid around the 15th Dec, and that means lasting 6 weeks without a wage, with christmas in the middle and the sales then happening in January....
I need to figure out some plan of attack to control our spending, spread the spare money we do have, and then to not overpay too much on the debts and then be having to use the credit cards at the end of the month just to survive....

I am on dooyoo just reached £50 i would post 2 reviews a day but if you feel like writting more save them in word and cut and paste them in as you will have days where you don't have time or can't be bothered

    Hi CAFCGirl,

Yes, I also get paid early for Xmas and am absolutely broke around the first week in January. I really have to try and budget this year and that's why I have decided just to make minimum payments in December and January so I can try and even off in some way. Don't fancy my chances too much though as I am going away for 2 nights at New Year and then going to Barcelona for my birthday in mid Jan. Will try my best though as I don't want my debts going up.

    How is everyone?

I get paid early for Xmas - makes no difference to me other than I will be able to hit paper hat payments quicker. Mine is a regular payments account, its oh's account we use for spending...
