Just got M&S statement in so paid £66 via Internet Banking which will go out tomorrow. Minimum payment was £65.57 so rounded it up, have updated sig, not looking too bad now.
Got 21 things finishing on Ebay tonight, 3 or 4 have bids on but only small amounts, every bit helps though.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -

So if anyone is lurking, whose in one the challenge, and not posted, let us know you're alive and well and how you're getting on with the challenge... you might have some money making ideas we've not thought of!

Hello, here's a lurker who registered for the challenge and not posted for a while! As you can see I've finally put some money toward the big 15k... I did get a bit of 'challenge fatigue' over the last couple of weeks and fell off the wagon, but I've wiped off all the mud and slimy leaves and am back and ready to hammer the debts. :j
As for new money-making ideas, I read somewhere that the easiest way to make money is to save what you've already earnt - less effort than getting a 2nd job. That's the kind of attitude that will never get me a paper hat though! So I'm off to write my first dooyou review... wish me luck :beer:0 -
Hi Snow White,
Welcome. You have made a flying to start to the challenge. Have just written a dooyoo review myself so know how you feel about getting yourself worked up to write about it. I am running out of things to write about now!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

ooooh look I found a lurker in the slimey leaves! LOL
Hello Snow White.... well done on your efforts, thats a really good start.
I think Im more of the persuasion of saving in areas to create more spare cash than I am an earner. I mean hats off to everyone who does clicks and reviews etc, I wish I had that determination but alas I am now.
So I want to try and save more money from other areas and use those savings for my overpayments. Food is the biggest controllable area for me,aside from when Chocolate Gate in Asda occurs LOLWealth is not measured by currency0 -
Welcome out of the leaves Snow White.
Your comment about saving money from what you already earnt has struck a chord with me.
We both earn ok wages and over the months on MSE I have really driven down our outgoings so maybe now is a good time to take a good look at our SOA again and see where we can save a bit more.
I do wonder if I need to do more with a spending diary and keep a log of everything as in theory I have a feeling we should have a nice chunk spare each month.Proud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712

Lots of people rave about spending diaries, and how they can help you to identify areas where you spending on a daily basis and then cut down on them.
I've tried about 4 times, but i always forget to fill it in.
I find its more useless to simply not take any money out with me... I cant spend what I've not got.Wealth is not measured by currency0 -
Hooray, just had e-mail from Moneybackmadness saying I am getting a payout of £29, funny though as this morning when I checked only £10.94 had cleared. Oh well, I'm not complaining that's another £29 off a credit card bill when I get it. I still have £17 on there when it gets confirmed so another £3 to earn, I get paid out at £20+.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160

Good news TMD, CMD and Snow White on clearing some more debt... I've barely got off the starting blocks with moneybackmadness so if eagle learner is awaiting her referral fee she may wait a long time....
Still looking for more easy money schemes...
Just had a free night out at the fireworks with food with family and friends so that was nice. Then had some people back for a bit which was also good. Nothing else really to report, cheque still hasn't arrived....Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
