well decided to just do things to keep my mind occupied....

written all my letters to all the accounts for change of details, and also sent another letter asking where some money that was owing to me is....

Also paid £80 off my i.f card as well

Good new for me!!! Got a letter regarding my student loan. The interest has gone down to 8% from 1st July this year. :) That should save some. I now it's only 1%, but that better than nothing.

SavingH - does the temp job involve working away from home, or were you just training somewhere away from home?

It was sort of my induction.... I do have to cover quite a large area tho with this job so there will be some working away from time to time.... One of the key reasons I would prefer the perm job....

well number 5 applies here too

number 4 - well you are clearly fantastic - perhaps you need an eye test

number 3 - mine would be too if I had one.... give Gordon a big hug from each of us

number 2 - not great, very sad, very worrying but you will get thro this

number 1 - perhaps soa time - see if there is anything we can do to help - you might need to make arrangements to pay but this will probably fry your credit rating - but so would defaulting.... write out all the options and then work out which would be best for you

Number 1 - right no money is understandable given the situation your OH is in. How are the interviews going? Has he applied for job seekers etc or anything he is entitled to? Do you have any insurance on your rent which could give you a payment break whilst he finds work??

Number 2 - he WILL get another job, I know he will even if he has to do something a bit crappy in the short term. Get him into town and round all the agencies he may find a bit of temping work short term. I know its crappy jobs but anything is better than nothing.

Number 3 - GORDON BEHAVE! Ruby still misbehaves at times but it does get easier. I think to be honest they probably always do these naughty things but when we are down or stressed they annoy us whereas normally we wouldn't bat an eyelid if that makes sense.

Number 4 - Course you feel like rubbish hun, its been a tricky year for you and your GP passing away has probably bought a lot of various things to the forefront of your mind. I find when I am having good days I dont think about "things" but soon as something bad happens it is like the flood gates are opened.

Number 5 - my house is the same. I sat here when my DD left and thought jesus what a mess! Why am I so lazy? I am at the point where I would be embarassed to have a visitor come to the door. I really need to get on top of things and keep there. Maybe we could have a bit of Flylady action on the £15k thread.

Number 6 - ok there isn't one but I am adding one lol. We have talked a lot about various things and I have told you stuff and vice versa. You are a truly wonderful lady and one who I consider a good friend. Ok maybe thats a bit weird for an "online" friend but its how I feel. You have been a huge source of comfort to me and motivation to many so don't ever forget that lady.

Ok well I am stopping now as I don't actually think anyone will read this far. So I am going to put a random !!!! in here to see if anyone notices :rotfl:
