Today has been a tearful day. I had an emotional breakdown with my mum this evening.

I have so many fears at the moment. It's not moving on from my marriage as I have mourned that its just scary to think I will be debt free, I will have a house which is solely my responsibility and as silly as this sounds I am scared of moving on with a man too. I suppose it just shows I am not ready for anything like that I suppose

But at least you know yourself emotionally. That is a positive thing. When the time is right it will happen. Think of the great freedom and control you will have when all the debts are paid off and you have a house of your own.

Well I think you are way closer to that stage than me!!!

I find it hard to imagine being debt free as well. What will we all do! I suppose we will have to join the savers or the mortgage free wannabees!

Can't wait for the day. I never think the debt stresses me too much but I think deep down it really does affect me.

Yeah well unfortunately I will be mortgage free too so will have to become a saver to get me a nice fat deposit for my own place.

I think it does effect us all as it means we have limited choices in life. I mean as in we can't just do things we want without thinking whether we can afford it.

Like today I went to get petrol and the machine refused my card. I immediately thought oh god I am overdrawn when in fact it was the machine and I had money in the account.

It's true. I think at the back of it I am always feeling worried and guilty about spending money. There always seems to be places to go and presents to buy.

I think I am getting better though. I never want to feel this stupid again.

Hi doodledoo - sorry you've had a hard day. You are doing brilliant however from time to time your body and emotions let you know you are human too! And that's okay! Seriously.... It's okay. You will do fab in the job it is just an attack of nerves. It is a fab opportunity, I am sure you deserve and it will work out... Just take things a step at a time. Try and find some "me" time and just relax.

On the bloke front... personally I would wait for a bit and let things settle down but only you know what is right for you.... Try not to "should" all over yourself... ie I should be this, should do that, should be at this stage or that by now....

Bye for now - you are doing amazing - just read cafcgirl's sig!

Awww thanks ladies I am sat here in tears :o I think I am putting myself under so much pressure and because of what happened I don't want to appear as though I am not coping, if that makes sense.

Hi doodledoo - we all try to be superwoman - but the problem is superwoman, super mum, super relationship person doesn't exist. We are special not just because of the things we are great at but because of our flaws too. Think about it - we actually find perfection in people impossible to relate too!

You are doing fab! You are crying - you are still fab! I have been sat at the computer on mse before now also crying - I have even been in work crying - I am still great - and so are you! We love you girl!
