Goodness, we are all so productive today!!!!

Cheers doodledo - to the freezer it shall go.

I have a soya mince spag bol on the hob AND chick peas and kidney beans soaking (will cook them up tomorrow night) and have a vast stockpot of chicken stock cooking away (the veg from it will turn into soup with some spuds and any meat I can salvage from the carcasses)

I may even clean my bathroom  (I fear tidying my bedroom is a stretch too far though)

Oh dear CAFC for OH's mood, garden is definitely better place to be today though, it looks lovely out where I am (not that I have entered the outside world since Friday evening when I got home - is that bad? it has been lovely and relaxing and I haven't spent a thing)

Hi I am currently cookign roast potatoes (to go with rotisserie chicken from Morrisons.) Try to boil up the carcass (old style board) to make chicken stock - if it works plan to add noodles later.... Have just sorted out all the ingredients for a beef stew so we have some meals planned and there is less temptation to eat out! We must all be on a similar page this weekend!

Well done on the carpet fitting Doodledoo I bet it is all looking fab!

Well done all, now, a cup of tea, that sounds amazing, must have one

I am now the proud owner of two tubs of spag bol, four of chicken stock and three of soup (not amazing soup but will do for an emergency) all cooling on the side. My flat is sweltering now.

The virtue on this board today is overwhelming, I shall have to think of something bad to do

Mind you I have no clean clothes for the week and haven't done any washing, that isn't great. And I REALLY need a shower. Phew
