I have scripts, dialogues, procedures, checklists and I manage the entire team so need some serious organisation! that as well as self directed learning, so im reading about leadership etc and then there is physical exercise as well...

Well after working all the hours god sends i have manged to clear a large chunk off the debts.£500 in extra payments from working extra hours from two jobs and £300 from e bay sales.
