I have scripts, dialogues, procedures, checklists and I manage the entire team so need some serious organisation! that as well as self directed learning, so im reading about leadership etc and then there is physical exercise as well...

If I wasnt loving it, I wouldnt get up for it, simple as LOL :T

Well after working all the hours god sends i have manged to clear a large chunk off the debts.£500 in extra payments from working extra hours from two jobs and £300 from e bay sales.

Thanks all,

Have had a great day and a lovely lunch with my boss and my parents LOL and DH of course, was a great few hours....

And just taken puppy for a walk, and am no going to pay a large chunk off my i.f com credit card, again!
