Good Afternoon
Snow White hope you're felling fully recovered soon. Well done to all those kicking some debts butt.
PAID, do you lead you book club astray too? :rotfl: There was a thread about a DFW book club but whenever I've done online book clubs they don't work as well as real life ones.
CAFC I always feel really virtuous if I take my lunch in. Problem is most mornings I leave about 7am and can't be bothered to make stuff. Plus I hate soggy sandwiches if I make them night before
Beautiful sunny day here but very nippy. Just watching a replay of Oz open on telly then going to wrap up and walk over to a friends for coffee after lunch. I

PS have to confess storecupboard challenge was going pretty well but couldn't resist a craving for a subway last night - but went for sub of day so only two precious pounds wasted.Looking for the perfect home and saving to make becoming a MFW easier

No... still dreaming about that one!
Shelley - It did feel pretty good, especially thinking about how much i probably used to spend on my lunch breaks, either on food or just wandering the city centre, today, total no spend! wahey!

Oh CAFCgirl - dilemma - we want you to knock £4K off your debt really quickly - but hey that paper hat is ours!

Oh I have also chased about 27000 points I'm owed by ipoints  (and their merchants) - worth over £110 in Asda vouchers. Hope that gets sorted soon - I could really do with them as it was a kind of double your money offer... so i am currently out of pocket.
I also checked out my pension situation - I get 3x as much if I transfer it into another pension pot so I should do that... but it means I need to try and understand more about my pension.
No more news on the job front yet.... I've redone my budget - and we could live reasonably comfortably until end June but would only be able to pay off about £200 a month which is about what our minimum payments are.... Obviously that would shift our DFD date back about 6 years!!! Really need that new job...
Snow White - do I take it you went to the doctor then :T - are things improving now?
Dizzy bee - don't worry about the interest payments (other than try and get a better deal if you can) just log what you are paying otherwise it is too disheartening...:eek:Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

LOL - much like on here: they don't need it

I hadn't finished the book when I got there and had to sit in silence in the corner reading it for an hour before we could start book club (thankfully the person that is always late was late so there was no pressure, not that it is a presurising sort of book club - it is more about a group of friends getting together than the books, but we all love reading too so it is a perfect excuse)£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)

Yay, changing of the signature time. I am so broke so won't be able to pay my normal amount but my savings are coming into my account some time next week so the signature will look a bit healthier.
