Not a good evening here, eldest daughter has a temp and is very hot, middle daughter has it too but not as bad, neither are tired as they slept earlier on, at least baby is asleep after her milk.
I'm on Apple Juice tonight was going to buy Pepsi Max when I went to Iceland but decided I didn't need it as I had the apple juice in the fridge and we have Lemonade too so suppose I should put the £1 I would have spent in one of my piggies.
No money saving here, was going to be wrapping a lot of the presents up tonight but as the kids are still up and I'm getting rather tired myself I'll have to do it tomorrow now.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -
awww TMD - Sorry to hear the girls are poorly, maybe some hot milk to help them sleep.....and some calpol for their temps.....
Well done on the restraint of buying Pepsi Max too...... I wish I had that self control when it comes to carbonated drinks!Wealth is not measured by currency0 -
Thanks CAFCGirl
I've been dosing them up on Calpol, they've had their lot for tonight, can't find my thermometer to check Stephanie's temperature so have made sure the heating is off and she is drinking lots.
I love Pepsi Max so it was very hard, as I was walking round I thought of getting one then thought no as I had the apple juice and lemonade, then went to the drinks and picked one up when I got to them then remembered that I had decided not to buy one and put it back.
Off for some more apple juice, it's so nice cold but makes me more thirsty.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -

TooMuch,
Sorry to hear your little girl isn't well.
Good evening everyone else. My hoover has just gobbled up a sock and it won't budge so looks like OH will have to demolish it a bit. It is a cheap Tesco one so it can't be taken apart. Looks like we will have to get a new one after Xmas
I won't have any money to pay until early January and then I will be under 21K which will be great. I don't think I am going to be able to pay as much after Xmas, might concentrate on trying to get my overdraft down a bit first (it isn't included in my debts). It stresses me out every month as it is quite high so I might feel more in control if it is at a reasonable level.
Am trying so hard to budget for Xmas but have a feeling that I am going to go over budget and have a high overdraft. It doesn't help that I am going to Barcelona at the beginning of Jan (although this is a birthday treat).Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947
