I do mine after interest so it would be £15k off my total debt.
Personally though I don't think it matters if you pay off £15k regardless of interest it's a fantastic achievement
Oh so true! My poor little brain would probably struggle doing the interest, ill just stick to what i actually pay off

HI all - hope those will illness going round manage to get it all clear by xmas. My kids were under the weather last week but managed to stay in school.
I've had an okay day. I joined bingo p ort (free site) last week and have redeemed a £5 Amazon voucher already. I nearly have enough for my next £5 too so am really pleased. I think OH's hamper is done now. I went out to hobby craft earlier and bought a plain wooden door hanger which I've been decorating for my DD. I think it looks really sweet but it is currently still drying so I can't show you. I bought one for my DS too but I think I'll have to improve LOL before I can get started on his...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Morning all,
Just wanted to say hope everyone has a great day today. Im off to work and should be collecting some money Im owed. £8 for our staff night out, and then I also sold our old freeview box to a colleague at work and I said I would wait till payday, which has been (friday) and I reminded him about the work thing money yesterday so hopefully he'll remember the freeview as well....
I hate asking people for money I'm owed, but that should be about £20 all together, which I'm going to pay off against my I.F.com CC, and I'd really really like to have that down to under £1k by New Years Eve....
Can I do it?! Its currently at 1105.79........

Afternoon all, its been a lovely bright sunny afternoon here. I've been a naughty non-MSEer! Spent a bit too much on a few last minute pressies, buying lovely meal out and forgot to take back some returns so M&S will have my money 4 longer!
Hope you've all had a good weekend. When do people finish for Christmas? I've got 3 full days and wont finish until 6.30pm Christmas eve but then got a lovely four days off :TLooking for the perfect home and saving to make becoming a MFW easier

Hi Shelley - we were naughty today - the kids were elsewhere so OH and I had a meal out together (no babysitting fees tho). Hi everyone else... too. Just redeemed another £5 from B* so am chuffed.
I finish at lunchtime xmas eve and don't go back until the 5th woohoo! OH is now off already until 5th - boo hoo I am so jealous! My MIL has got my DD and we are already benefitting from the extra sleep and rest! It's amazing how exhausting a 5 year old can be... at least when you've already worked a full week each on top! Still got DS tho but he is nearly 11 so restful in comparison.
Happy MSEing everyone oh and Happy Christmas!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Hello everyone,
I've also been a bit naughty today, but have bought some lovely presents and had a great day out with some friends! Also managed to resist buying myself some jewellery, but did get a hot chocolate with rum in it  for my nasty cold. All this talk of finishing for Christmas.... I've still got 2 days to go here. How's everyone else? xx0
