I forgot to add, I had confirmation from HP yesterday that the cashback has been 'released for processing' and will be with me soon.

scrap the above, just got the invoice, and submitted the claim.

will have to do it all again when i get the next invoice.

Yep, me too. Ordered Saturday lunchtime and got confirmation email but nothing since. Order status has shown as despatched since Monday but I've had no despatch email so have no idea where it is, who it's with or when it's arriving. :cool:

I'm hoping by posting I'll tempt fate and there'll be a chap at the door as soon as I hit submit...

i got a confirmation email straight away yesterday when ordered.

then about 30mins ago i got a dispatched email with the tracking number, and then about 5 mins after that got the official invoice.

maybe call them at bt to check everything is ok.

did u order thru BT or dabs? I ordered thru BT bout 2pm today, says despatched on my account but no confirmation or despatch email of any sort. I paid extra for delivery tmrw and the ££ has been taken frm my account.

Have u by any chance got telephone/contact number for BT? I thought there was no way of contacting them unless if its thru email.
