I've noticed it's back on with the cashback too so I've re-ordered and paid through my Paypal account.

Haven't told DD though just in case - I can't do that dissapointed face from her a second time!

I think I read in the T&C's you could order 50 of the standalone notebooks or 30 bundles and get cashback in any one month but you'd better double check.

I ordered this laptop on Sunday and it was delivered today. Not had a good look at it as need to hide it cos it's a xmas pressie for DH. I went to claim my cashback online and it seems to have vanished. If it's back on the website does anyone have a link please. Worried it's gonna cost me an extra £50 more than I thought

Just logged into my account on btshop and went into order history and clicked on the product and it did come up with the cashback link. I've been through the process online to claim and it seems straightforward. Will wait and see if it all goes through ok. Will be chuffed to bits if it all works out - great deal. Thanks OP.

I just bought the higher spec one from bt. Does anyone know what the product no. is to claim the cashback - as there are three listed?

Its on your email confirmation, just under the product description. Don't think you'll be able to fill it in yet as you have to attach your pdf invoice which is sent on dispatch

patch i selected the middle one of the 3 listed as i think they come in 1mb ram, 2 and 4. maybe worth an email to hp support if you want to double check this

Thanks Fuzzy but I think I may be truely jinxed - just tried to get into the BT site to see what was happening with my order and the whole site's down.

I'm deep breathing and will check again tomorrow - at this rate I might need everything crossed. :rotfl:
