Latest news ICESAVE "Icesave accounts disappear from website"

I had two accounts (2 x ID nos) and closed accounts last sunday. Everything got bounced back and now I can't access one of them. I have contacted Icesave and the problem is that when we closed the accounts the ID numbers were taken off the access list. Now they are having to reinstate 1000s of ID numbers so people can get back on but if this is a result of closing the account you will have a print out of what was in there when you closed it.
They said that everyone will get it sorted eventually.0 -
No problems here. All information is showing on all accounts.
I've used 'Alt' and 'PrtScn' to take screen shots of pertinent full sized Icesave web pages and then saved them onto a landscape Word document. Then I've also printed them out.
Lots of stuff on Google tells you exactly how to do this:To make Print Screen work, you must save an image of what's displayed on-screen to the clipboard and then paste it into a document where it can be printed.
Windows Help: Print Screen
To do this, follow this procedure:
1. Maximize the window you'd like to capture.
2. To copy/capture the current window, hold down ALT + Print Scrn at the same time. To capture the entire screen, just press Print Scrn.
3. Open a new document in MS Word.
4. Choose 'Landscape' for the Word Document orientation (select 'Page Layout', then 'Orientation', then 'Landscape')
4. Paste the screen shot by holding down CTRL and V at the same time.
5. Print the document when you're finished pasting screen shots.0 -
Better still, install a free PDF print driver (CutePDF Writer, FinePrint PDF Factory or one of the many others), and print the webpage, or statements directly out to a PDF file. Better quality and more efficient than print screens and copy and pasting into Word.
On a Mac PDF creation is standard from all print dialogs, so this advice is only for PC users0 -
has anyone actually lost access to their icesave account???
I think telegraph.co.uk has just created a panic attack on every one.

Me n my wife has got 2 accounts.... and both are working fine!!!
They are not playing with nerves....they are doing the usual, printing gash that sells paper.....if people would stop buying them....that would be a step in the right direction0 -
