Hi Maz
Thank you for the spreadsheet and email. That is very helpful. It's amazing how much you have saved. I'm going to get a few bits and pieces planted to add to my current collection.
Cheers0 -
Hi, Mum of 4 I would love your 12mth plan if you get the chance, I will pm my email to you. We moved house last year and have sorted out a small veggie patch down the bottom of our small garden but as novices only think of things to plant in the spring, runner beans, tomatoes, carrots etc. I would love to have it full as much of the year as possible!!0

Have received, many thanks.
Will have a look at it later when got some free time.

Hi
Thanks so much for the veg plan. It so well organised. I 'm more of a scatterbrain type. I am starting off small with a few planters and hoping to work from there.

Hi just want to say to mum of 4 thanks for the plans, really easy to understand the email explanation made it all make sense. I am going to draw up some similar plans for my much smaller allotment to help me keep organised.
Thanks again:T:eek: grocery reduction planning now down to 50.00 per week

Wow Mum of 4, that is some plan! Thanks so much - am looking out of the window at what will be our small patch of veg space, its looking very overgrown and full of rubbish - DH can do all the digging and clearing - I'll do all the planning and reaping the crops!!
Off to study the plan and read the rest of this thread for more invaluable advice.
Thanks again:T0 -
Hi everyone, my first post on here, can't believe I've not found you before. Have just PM'd mum of 4 for her plan, have got the bug this year with a bit of land we bought at the back of our garden, and having good success with courgettes, tomatoes, lettuces, and also some cabbages. But so fed up of scraping the little yellow eggs from the cabbage and broccolli leaves!!! Is it too late to cover them with fleece now, worried I'll trap something nasty underneath.0
-
Harley have a good look before covering and recheck by lifting the fleece every couple of days to ensure no nasties trapped underneath.
