Hi Mum of 4
Thank you for emailing me your plan. I live on the coast and it's freezing here today so I will be studying it infront of my log fire with a cup of tea.
It's a great plan and will be following it and let you know how I get on.0 -
Just to let every know just passed the 2500 mark and that's not including the requests that I have to answer from yesturday and today.
So if everyone just saved £300 that would be £750,000 that wouldn't be spent in the supermarkets. Of course some of you will save much more than that. I easily saved that i my first year.
So remember if things don't go to plan in the first year don't give up as the rewards are far too great to miss out on. If things are going to be really bad in the next few years then this perhaps is the only sure way to save some money.
One thing I've just decided to do is grow celarey although I'm told by other plot holders on my site that it isn't that easy to grow. Now it's not to eat raw, it's to add to stocks and casserole, stew etc I can't believe how much it is in the shops. If you have room grow the extra leeks and onions because you'll forget about using them to make stock. Last night I made 14L of stock, frozen just over half of that in portions and the rest I'm turning into soup. Loads more meat fell of the bones and carcass so I don't think I'll even have to add anymore meat. So pleased, I've really not wasted anything this Christmas.Kind Regards
