LOL - when I pregnant with my second (not dx'd then) I had some strange anomolies - one being a 'beefy' tongue! That was the best name they could come up but my mouth was so sore I couldn't eat. Now we know its 'just' a dry mouth!!

I'd like to try the new spray that you spray onto closed eyes. I hate the taste of the drops in the back of my throat!
    One life.

My legs are a bit wobbly today and my shoulders hurt. Just about to take another load of painkillers and fall asleep. Another day lost to "the sleepies"!!

  • sh I tried the cream? You're another one of those who gets lots of "one of those things"?! Annoying, heh?

jennihen Not getting the taste of the eye drops - suspect it may be as eyebits are so inflamed. Know what you mean though. Will let you know if your dx was correct when I come back from docs today! *g*

I REALLY need to see Rheumi as had to cancel May appointment ue to the gf (can't expose other people to that!) and replacement appointment insn't until Sept. Will have to see if I can get cancellation.

p.s. I blame the typos n my eyes NOT my typing *g*

I've tried the gel which I'm on now. I am still squeamish when putting them in. I've had eye drops on & off for the past 17 years or so and still can't stand them.:o

I once forgot to put my drops in and a hallmate knocked on my door and said "oh sorry, did I wake you?" Thanks for implying that I look like rubbish.

I was up nearly all night with my shoulder and then my back/legs....I want to be in the land of sleepies but it's school holidays!

Can you do some sleepies for me? :D
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

Well to add to my chronic pain and chronic fatigue, I now have hypothyroidism - only silver lining is I don't have to pay for my prescriptions any more!

Hypothyroidism may well account for the chronic fatigue.. I know of people who have been diagnosed with CFS/ME and really have hypothyroidism. Hopefully meds will make you feel much better! :)

Oh dear. I've heard that it can take quite a while to get the level of medication right. Hope they hit on the right level quick smart.

Just back from GP myself. She thinbks it could well be Sjorgens but wants me to see Rheumi. Because of everythingelse going on at the mo, she's trying out antihistmine to rule out allergies and then take it from there. Also have some more eye drops and turns out I have excema in my ears so some ear drops too.

So that's back up to 15 prescriptions a month then dammit.

That's the trouble with these autoimmune probs - an odd symptom can be any number of things and they have to be ruled out before they put it down to the Lupus or MCTD. Ah well, I have time if nothing else.
