We never watched it in the end! By the time we had tea and stuff it got a bit late, and you know what it's like - you pop the tele on for 10 mins while you're waiting for tea and the next minute you're suckered into watching an hour of Doc Martin or something! Maybe next weekend...;)

Surely it would be pointless paying for it whilst in there care? I would insist the delivery date is when the policy would have started....
    Good luck!
    What ff said jaz!
theya re also an excellent distraction form other things when cba with doing things that actually should/need to be done and would otherwise spend the day doing not a thing at all.
Exactly. I've even started timing when my FarmVille crops will be ready to harvest as to when I think DH will be at work or not! :o

By the edge of a wood at the foot of the hill, Is a lush green meadow where time stands still, Where friends of a man and woman do run, when their time on earth is over and done, For here between this world and the next , Is a place where each beloved creature find's rest ! On this golden land they wait and play till Rainbow Bridge they cross over one day. No more do they suffer in pain or sadness for here they are whole, their lives filled with gladness!!!! Their limbs are restored their health renewed their bodies have healed strength imbuled !!!! They run through the grass without even a care, untill one day they Stop and sniff the air !!! All ears pricked forward, eyes dart side to side, Then all of a sudden one breaks from the pack ! For just that instant their eyes have met Together again person and pet, So they run to each other these friends from long past, The time of their parting is over at last !! The sadness they felt whilie they were apart has turned into Joy once more in each heart, They embrace with a love that will last forever and side by side they cross over together !!

    Good luck!

After many phonecalls, it turns out they have the date down of delivery for the 16th, but I have it for the 19th. But they phoned Toshiba again and they said they would replace the power cable. I asked them if it would be all the cable, as I wasn't sure which part was wrong and he said they would. (I actually think it's the connection that's messed up, not the cable, but they won't cover that.)

Anyway, I phoned Toshiba today to give the part number and they said they would only send out half the cable. He said if it's the other half it would be due to damage?! So one half can die, the other half would be all my fault. There is no damage on it. Anyway, he's going to send it out but if it's not that I will have to pay to have it fixed. :(

So no computer until it arrives, which he said may be 7 days. I'm using my mum's while she's at work, but otherwise not going to be around much.

So sorry to hear your news purple. :grouphug:
