P.s. morag was it your daughter you were saying was getting married soon? If you want to know anythign about our plans or how we did it on our budget feel free to ask away. I think we brought it in about £4k in the end - our original budget was £5k
Thats very impressive! She seems to have most things booked and is now turning her attention to invites. They are paying so I don't have the nerve to mutter "pack of 10 for 99p at Asda"
Actually, I'm doing her a huge injustice cos she did the Order of Service for around 3p each:money:Murphy was an optimist!!!0 -
Link took me to the create an account bit and I'm not sure I want to join
I spend far too much time on MSE as it is
Will ponder it a bit. Thanks anyway

morag my account is fake, not my real name and so hidden that noone can request anything or ask me to add them as a friend until they are a friend. means i have to find everyone though. i cant find the sign up page, but iirc googling facebook and clicking the link gave me it.0

Morning All
I managed to find my way overI am on Facebook and I find it is a lifesaver!!! I joined the group AYME a few years ago when I was finally diagnosed and now that most are on FB I don't tend to use the AYME website much anymore, plus with work don't really have much time for anything but still manage to stay in contact with a lot of the friends I made there
Plus I love all the games on FB, keeps me occupied when work is noce and quiet
I have about 4 farms, 1 restaurant, bejewelled blitz, I'm a !!!!! boss lol You name it, I've probably found it, although not found the fish yet, will have to have a look for that one
Well, today is another day, DH has let me have his carIt's much easier to drive as can use cruise control so no need for legs much
He took me to college last night but I may have to take myself tonight as he's probably going to get home after I go to college, I still have his car though so shouldn't be too bad
Managed to have a bath last night, which eased my body so much I was falling asleep in the bath
So got out and got in bed and read my book till DH came to bed, he's been so supportive since he's been home, he's an absolute gem!! To save me going up and down the stairs, like last night, after college he picked me up, took me home, I made myself a quick pasta dish, he kept nagging me to go in the bath, so to save me coming back downstairs after the bath I asked him if he'd do my hot water bottle (it's microwaveable) and a glass of juice, he had them both done before I'd even got in the bath!! :rotfl:
How do I cope? Even I don't know the answer to that one, when I haven't got a bug it depends how much I'm trying to do, I found the 'Happy Medium' before I moved house last year, but since I moved everything keeps going from one end to the other. I haven't applied for DLA as was unsure if I would get it as I work full timeWhen I'm ok I can live a sort of normal life, as normal as possible for me atleast, it just doesn't involve any socialising, but I don't have any friends up here anyway so there's no-one really for me to go out with. Hence why my internet is so important to me
Hope your all going to have a nice day today, sun seems to be shining up hereAlthough unsure how long it will last lol
