Hi Sleepy, sinus headaches are the pits, mine has been affecting the movement in my eye this time. As I've got high BP I'm not allowed to take anything like Sinutabs so I've been steaming my sinuses with Olbas oil, it really does ease the immediate pressure. Hubby moaning cos the smell is catching him in the throat and eyes, his 1st words when he comes in these past days have been 'You've been at it again', I just hope the neighbours don't get the wrong idea.

I used to do the steaming until I discovered the nasopure bottle & netti salt, it's much quicker and far more effective for me. I was incapacitated by mine at one stage, because the hospital were keeping me on flixonaise (sp) which I was told (when I asked!) was a known irritant . Becasue I'm a migrainer the sinus headaches were causing migraine and I devolped sinus migraine Pffffttt! I used to be steaming most of the day just to breathe, it was horrible. The netti rinsing has been a real saviour for me, I've also had great results with proper chinese acupuncture

I get a special oil from an aromatherapy supplier which blow the Olbas out of the water, I loved Olbas before I got this stuff, it has ruined me, I think I'm addicted to it :o

Hi Daisy, you'll have to apply for an extension soon, loads of luvly ppl have heard what a great cafe this is. As much as you can eat and drink, guarantee(?) no weight gained, unless of course that's what you want.
    Enjoy your chocolate.

It's their own mix called 'Decongesting' and has eucalyptus, ti tree, cajeput, pine & peppermint. Proper aromatherapy oils are a higher grade and have a much smoother smell, your local aromatherapst might have a nice mix they will sell you.

I'm quite adicted to all the oils from this place (they don't sell to the public as a rule but I have a 'contact' ;)).
