Aw, thanks LameWolf, it does feel like that! I feel such an idiot as I've started telling people, like the people I work with now. They know I've been on part time JobSeekers while looking for more work, so were pleased for me.

Got a busy day today - first deep tissue massage, which is akin to torture, and then going to the gym in the afternoon - eep! Had some intensive pilates last night as well, which was interesting. Would like to keep that up.

Ahh, shattered after the gym. I think the instructor pushed me too far - I know I should have said, but find it difficult in those situations.

I have weigh-in later at Slimming World. I've done three forms or exercise this week - I demand to lose three stone!

Hi all, can I sit next to the radiator please as I'm tired and achey and the heat will help. Have just shifted loads of compost, so the raised vegetable bed is now filled and ready for me to start planting and tending.
Dads Wife's 70th Birthday on Monday, so family etc staying at the weekend. I hope i can just sit quietly in a corner.
