Poor BOB..great news on the new agency..Been thinking about going on quartely bills myself as these firms are doing my head in..mines up from £74.50 p/m to £106.50 and I'm on fixed price!!!...it will cost £70 to get out of it but am leaving it for now.

Cripes Taxi that is a lot to get out of the capped price..Ours will try to put it to £92 from £72..i just can't understand where they are coming from with it..if i had my way i would have a dung heap in the garden and pipe water through it..central heating for free( i think the neighbours may have something to say though) I know it isn't a great deal but is beginning to rankle..I had to give in tonight and put heating on, but i have taken some sachets(56p for 8 at Quality save) so my temp should lower.

I forgot to add i have paid some more money of 0% card..so coming down nicely..

Tea tonight is bargain mincemeat spag bol..with loads of mince for at least two stews as well..mmmm

I have been outside a couple of times today..no rest for the wicked eh? But rather enjoyed the cold..the moon looks good as well.

The price per unit is fixed but it must be the usage they are on about.Haven't even phoned them yet but think I may just do it now actually.

This is what i have a beef with them about..our useage has been under estimate all year and we have had two big refunds off them, i let the first one ride and then i withdrew it after the second bill was read.

I am really naffed off with it and we calculated last night that our bill will be virtually the same as last January's so i don't see the point in raising the DD.:mad:
