    I think that's why he asked me about Dawn French:D I also showed him the vouchers i printed off..just to make them go further..that way i cunningly get two pressies in one, WHS points and if he uses his discount card can chuck choccies in as well...I think i am too cheap:o :rotfl:

    To be fair my OH always tries really hard at Xmas to get me a couple of small surprise presents BUT he still doesn't know what sort of things I'd like despite me throwing out HUGE hints :rotfl:

    I know, last year he got me some of that Beautiful perfume, which i adore and he got a discount..I did tell him what i wanted though..it is usually books though, as you may have gathered i crave books:o

    I love books too and miss just throwing them in the trolley with the shopping! still the library's not too bad... can't beat being the first to read something though.

  • I've been through the good ones at the library, i can get through 8 books a week...i am terrible. I often re read books as well. lol

    I have recently discovered that you can reserve books online and have been pleased to receive a couple of brand new books. This was because I reserved them after reading newspaper reviews of new issues.
