BOB'S Cunning Plan

It is wheat overload but very filling.

1. pkt of bachelors pasta sauce
2.3 eggs
3. tub of quark or medium tub of low fat cottage cheese.

Use 400ml of water to make up sauce, let it cool.

Whisk three eggs and quark or cottage cheese together and then add to sauce.

Place in oven proof dish and cook on about 180 degrees until top is slightly brown and mix is firm.My oven is about 20 mins ( fan) I use my fork to press and if it bounces is ready, and of course if fork comes out clean...everyone's oven is different.

It uses no pastry and is delicious, you can have a lot of variations of these( depending on red or green day) and add cheese and tomato on top. Sliced cold the day after is also very nice.

That sounds yum, and I'll try it in my Remoska - I'm avoiding my oven unless I can fill it :money:

It is great honest and low fat, filling and very moorish:o I use it with SW chips and it is a gut buster.:D:rotfl:

Huh!

BTW My Dad just called me menopausal in an e-mail :eek::eek::eek:
This is the same (88 yr old) person who still grabs my hand when we're near a road to stop me running into it :rotfl::rotfl:he thinks I'm four years old then.
