Good old MR BOB...he can be relied on to be naughty most months ...lol...must be like keeping check of kids.
  • You two do make me laugh.

Hi Skinty, nope it's not the council tax. I just think i have spent less on food which is surprising as they have eaten me out of house and home and the Tax Credits have also been reduced. Will have to have a thorough check, but i do so every day and have looked at all DD etc.

Ooh, I like your hiding place - I would love to be a fly on the wall when Mr Bob is looking for something without looking like he is looking for something :T

Plus a statement came today which he hid..makes mental note to find that one tomorrow:cool:

Cruella, now be my middle name..oh wait a minute that's his mother's:eek:

He always does, which makes it hard to fathom out when he really is being sneaky.

  • I forgot to say, got a letter off Credit expert today, saying that they were writing to Barclaycard about incorrect information on my report and that they hadn't updated since Dec 2007.
Account has been shut, have a letter off Barclaycard saying so and the boogers have put that i am late on 6 payments..so even though they haven't updated since 2007 it shows up that.
What a bunch eh? I had long conversation with Credit Expert and they say they can't alter the record and Barclaycard have to, even though he agreed that account should have been updated. I understand on the late payment bit, but i offered that i have proof of that too..and charges back from Barclaycard. They make me so mad at times....and it makes you wonder whose side Credit Expert is on. I also pointed out that they made a big deal about protecting credit records and making sure info is correct..so what are they doing about this????

Sorry for rant, but i pointed out in December and nothing was done, so am totally miffed that they have only just gotten around to a letter.

Bob, if you don't hear anything in about a week about the account getting updated, fire off a letter to both about the Data Protection Act and how they have failed by having incorrect information on your file. If they don't update it within 28 days, you will be sending a complaint to the Information Commissioners Office.

Hopefully that'll be the kick in the rear that they need.

Hope you and Mr Bob are keeping okay.
