  • Evening everyone, had a boring day today.

Essay in , felt like it was going on for ever and have to critique some other bits...bah!

Eon, have refunded our money back but won't reduce DD. I said no chance it was going up any more and she disagreed..leetle does she know the way of DFW, i had to laugh at the spiele she gave to try and stop me getting money back (£98 in credit..) She said it was to cushion us in the winter months..i said better earning interest in my bank rather than in large corporations bank and it would provide a very nice cushion for us in our bank!
So we have gained £98 today.

DD2 had to be picked up from college as she had a two bad hypo's and is running a temp so will not be doing much else today other than making sure she is ok.

    Hope everyone is ok.

Sorry DD2 has a temp, Bob. Still, you've got your act together with the essay, *and* confronted Eon successfully - this is good! Back to the family now...

    Bonsoir bob'

Pepe le Pew ici. You OK? Sounded like your day started with its challenges.
You stopped chucking veggies at endangered species or are you sharpening the parsnips:D
    :D:D stay wonky :D:D

  • Thanks everyone, DD has had a bit of a rough day and despite managing tea and whatnot has still had another couple of Hypo's, diabetes sucks sometimes. :o Had to go on a little errand (not picking up parsnips to sharpen) But to help DD with topic. Have just got in and is lashing down here with rain..not spotted any soup yet!:rotfl:

But on the money making front, have sold a CD on Amazon, and picked up a mystery shop...kerching!!!:money: :j

So whilst a boring old day, is turning into a moneymaking one..now for the Bingo...errr, maybe not:rotfl: :rotfl:

Pepe, the only endangered species around here is usually the lesser spotted Mr.Bob, he can be found at this time of year huddled up with mates watching the footie on the telly and singing weird little ditties in Geordie voice..He can also be found avoiding household tasks and if feeling adventurous asleep in full view with the remote in hand on the couch.:rotfl: I feel a sharpened parsnip heading his way...even worse is the loud mouthed Chelsea fan who can be called 'bessie mate', who is to be found in Mr.B's fridge eating/drinking his way through it..he also requires sharpened tools and a wrench to make sure he gets out of house and takes manky blue T shirt with him..

theres a Chelsea fan that far north! Surely he should have migrated by now. we treat them as vermin down here:rotfl:

Only realised today that I've got four days hols to use by the end of Dec ( you will be in that situation next year bob, I'm sure of it ) so, as OH is still 'farm sitting' with 18 miniature donkeys..yes, they are that cute espec the foals, or donklets or whatever they are...so I,m going to the Malvern Hills Thurs and Fri to do some walking. Sleeping in car should save money.
