Anyone Purchasing Property From Ambasun Bulgaria?

Have been intouch with solicitor and she is giving us a new contract with completion dates and signed by the developer.Ambasun uk are not helping in anyway and seem to have washed their hands of this.They are no help when you ring,and just tell us to speak to our solicitor.It would appear that they signed the old contract as they are also down as the seller,but the developer I believe has not signed.Hopefully our solicitor will sort everything out and she seems quite confident all will be ok.I am very disappointed with Ambasun uk and would not recommend them to anyone.I also wonder why their name is on the contract as a seller along with the developer,When the developer can end the contract and Ambasun let that happen without any thought to their clients.No correspondence to us,just bury their heads and it all goes away.

Mark, my views are the same as yours, I've received my new contract from Anna today via email, the original is being posted.

I've looked into setting a forum up for us all to unite as a group but I would clearly struggle running it. Is there anyone who has the PC skills to get one started?

now price's in Bansko "Albatros" is 880 Euro per sq.m

if our contracts are incorrect, are we able to call it void and get a refund??
i have still refused to pay the final amount til things are clearer.

Maybe but this is Bulgaria, a contract can state anything but sometimes if you need to take them up on compensation for late completion for example they will find an excuse not to pay up!

To all people who have purchased through Ambasun, I have started a new thread on a property owners forum. thats fine but i already have gone to every web site i could find reguarding ambasun last month, posted on their threads, and asked everyone to join us on this forum. is there any point moving to another forum. why not just keep this thread going??

also when you google ambasun this is the thread that come up on the first page. i think it is easier to find for people looking on the internet, and definately will hopefully warn people not to buy with them. just cont to post here i think, cant see the point moving to another thread???

What web-sites have you posted on? Certainly not Talkbansko or Mybulgaria which are in my view the most appropriate. This forum is ok, but your going to invite the told you so's and doom and gloomers. Talkbansko have over 46000 posts with more than 3600 members, hundreds of which are in, or have been in the same situation as us and are willing to help. It really is a friendly forum of which most members either live, own, or like us nearly own property in Bansko (or nearby). I'm not asking you to leave this site as I will continue to view both, but in my eyes you've got to go where the info is, in this case it's clearly talkbansko.
