Aw, you sound so happy and in control
and Max sounds like a little angel which must help! Has your Mam gone home as well or is she still about to help out?

I'm so glad Max is doing so well, he sounds adorable. Have your parents gone home now? I'm sure your OH will miss Max terribly now he has gone back to work, he sounds like a brilliant dad.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160

I am glad I sound in control cos I don't always feel it. I am having to put on a wash constantly but am trying to stay ahead as much as I can. It helps that I have a lovely chilled baby though. My Mam went last week and my in-laws were here. My sister then comes this weekend and my Mam comes back next Monday to Thursday so I have had a lot of help.
I wish the breast feeding was working out better but I am happy that I can at least offer him some expressed milk.

That is sweet, he is probably watching the clock until he can leave and come home, it is amazing when you have your first baby, I didn't really appreciate how easy I had it until DD2 came along and I had two babies to look after (there is 13 months between them), it has been very hard sometimes with 3 of them especially on weekends when daddy is working as he works 2 weekends a month. I'm lucky that my mum and dad have the two eldest in the school holidays so it gives me a bit of a break.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -
Hi again,
Glad you are having a lovely time with baby Max. Sound slike your hubby is doing a fab job too.
My friend was in labour for 36 hours so quite a long time. She had a little boy called William. I have been round for cuddles twice and absolutely love him.
Haven't got a new job but just having fun at the same one!
Don't worry about the money situation, just enjoy being a Mum and I am sure it will all fall into place.0 -
CMD, I think your birth story sounds really positive. LOL I loved the contraction master iphone bit!
It sounds like you're getting on really well with little Max. What a lovely new family, it makes my heart gladYou worked so hard on your savings and debt busting before the birth so I am glad you are taking time out to relax on the money front.
