Ok seems there's some confusion here! If you can get into the bios the ERD should work. Anyway its free and uve got nothin to lose apart from a blank cd!
- Click on above link
- Scoll down to where black download/password is spinning and click on either of the blue downloads (they are mirror sites)
-It will take u to another page. U will need to enter whatever letters are displayed ('Please enter *** here')
-u will then have to wait 45 seconds (as ur are gettinh this free) b4 u can click on 'download'
- open up and u will see set of instructions
If u have problems let me know and i will send u a copyGreyer by the minute - Older by the hour - Wiser by the day0 -
by the way the reason some morons have asked for the password is cos when it opens in winrar (its a rar file so u will need it - free to download google it) it asks for 1 but at the side it states - https://www.fullandfree.info- is the rar password duh!Greyer by the minute - Older by the hour - Wiser by the day0

fullnfree looks like a dodgy site, to me. I wouldn't trust anything from there, and would question its legality.

loaner - what is the link you have sent me
thank you for your help0 -
apologies if this is back tracking and of no use whatsoever, but i remember trying to set boot sequence on mine and making an stoopid mistake, but it drove me nuts. basically i was getting to the sequence change bit and highlighting cd and pressing enter, what i actually needed to do was use the 'page down' and 'up' keys to move the entries in order of sequence then save and exit"a workman, even of the lowest and poorest order, if he is frugal and industrious, may enjoy a greater share of the necessaries and conveniences of life than it is possible for any savage to acquire."0

If the Win XP cd is a copy, then it could be an incompatability with the cd media & the cdrom drive. It has been known for a CD drive not to like a particular make/colour of cd.Never Knowingly Understood.
